What are your shop hours?
White Palm Home will be open for business in August of 2026. When we open you can pay us a visit during the following hours:
Monday 10am - 6pm
Tuesday 10am - 6pm
Wednesday 10am - 6pm
Thursday 10am - 6pm
Friday 10am - 6pm
Saturday 10am - 5pm
Sunday CLOSED

Do you sell items online?
White Palm Home has a selection of items available online and is adding to our online store. If an item in the shop caught your eye, and you don’t see it online, please reach out to us and we would gladly ship to you.
What is your return policy?
We will gladly return merchandise within 7 business days when accompanied by a sales receipt for in-store credit. This credit can be used within one calendar year. Furniture, holiday merchandise, and customized items are final sale.
Only regularly priced items may be refunded – seasonal, furniture and custom items are final sale. To be eligible for a refund, merchandise must be returned in its original, unused, and undamaged condition with store receipt.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Do you offer gift wrap?
Absolutely. In fact, it’s one of our favorite things we do!
Our White Palm Signature Wrap transforms your purchase into a complete gifting experience — artful paper, layered textures, and finishing details that feel personal and special. Many customers say the wrapping is the gift.
What is the White Palm Signature Wrap?
Our Signature Wrap is intentionally designed as part of the gifting experience – not an afterthought. It instantly transforms your purchase into a finished gift.
Designed in-house, each gift is layered with wrapping, specialty ribbon, and textural accents that may include twine, burlap or natural elements. A custom White Palm card completes the presentation.
Signature wrapping is available for a modest additional fee. Standard wrapping is always complimentary.
Do you offer Custom Gifting?
Yes – share your occasion, recipient, and budget, and we will thoughtfully design a layered, meaningful gift tailored to the moment – whether for a hostess, milestone celebration, new home, or personal thank you.
Each gift is composed with intention and may include pieces from our Signature Collection, independent makers, and exclusive White Palm details.

Do you Host Events?
Yes. White Palm Home was designed to be more than a shop – it’s a space for gathering, learning, and inspiration. Throughout the year, White Palm Home will host community events and workshops - everything from floral arranging and tablescaping to calligraphy, seasonal decorating, and other creative experiences.
We also offer private shopping evenings and small group events, perfect for book clubs, client gatherings, or celebrations with friends.

You won’t find mass-produced trends or predictable coastal cliches here. Instead, you’ll discover collected details that feel intentional and timeless.

We intentionally source from independent makers and small studios, which means many of our pieces are produced in limited quantities. In addition, our White Palm Signature Collection – including select furnishings and our custom scent – is available exclusively in-store.

The White Palm Signature Collection includes select home furnishings, curated accents, and our custom scent designed exclusively for our store. Each piece reflects our layered, modern transitional aesthetic and is available only through White Palm Home.
