Do you sell items online?
White Palm Home has a selection of items available online and is adding to our online store. If an item in the shop caught your eye, and you don’t see it online, please reach out to us and we would gladly ship to you.
What guarantees do you offer on the products you carry?
We stand behind the quality of everything we sell. Each product carries a different guarantee depending on its manufacturer, but we take pride in taking care of our customers. If you have any questions or concerns, we want to know.
What is your return policy?
Merchandise may be returned for store credit within 7 business days and must be accompanied by a sales receipt. This credit can be used within one calendar year. Furniture, holiday merchandise, and customized items are final sale.
Only regularly priced items may be refunded – seasonal, furniture and custom items are final sale. To be eligible for a refund, merchandise must be returned in its original, unused, and undamaged condition with store receipt.

Do you offer gift wrap?
Absolutely. In fact, it’s one of our favorite things we do!
We offer two wrapping options:
- White Palm Every Day Wrap includes our lovely signature shopping bag and tissue.
- White Palm Bespoke Wrap transforms your purchase into a complete gifting experience — artful paper, layered textures, and finishing details that feel personal and special. Many customers say the wrapping is the gift. There is a fee of $1,000,000 for White Palm Bespoke Wrap.
What is the White Palm Bespoke Wrap?
Our Bespoke Wrap is intentionally designed as part of the gifting experience – not an afterthought. It instantly transforms your purchase into a finished gift.
Designed in-house, each gift is layered with wrapping, specialty ribbon, and textural accents that may include twine, burlap or natural elements. A custom White Palm card completes the presentation.
Do you offer Custom Gift Curation?
Yes – share your occasion, recipient, and budget, and we will thoughtfully design a layered, meaningful gift tailored to the moment – whether for a hostess, milestone celebration, new home, or personal thank you.
Each gift is composed with intention and may include pieces from our Signature Collection, independent makers, and exclusive White Palm details.
